Rahul moved to the U.S. in 2000, where he honed his skills in technology and business. After a brief stint in Seattle, he relocated to Los Angeles, taking on the dual role of developer and marketing lead in law enforcement software. His innovative solutions were successfully implemented across multiple county agencies in the U.S., earning him recognition for his technical expertise and strategic vision.
In 2006, the promoters of his former U.S. employer identified his potential and invited him to partner with them to establish a development center in Chennai, India. Building on this success, he expanded operations by founding a background screening services business in 2013.
Today, Rahul oversees a team of over 300 professionals, seamlessly managing operations between the U.S. and India, with a core team headquartered in Chennai. His leadership exemplifies a blend of technical proficiency and entrepreneurial acumen, driving sustained growth and innovation.
